... Singapore getaway...

..السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

Alhamdulillah.. Our family getaway went well. Was pretty nervous on how Little I will behave throughout the trip but all the feeling went down the drain.. Really impress with the litle guy. He's very friendly and despite anything, semua orang kan ditagurnya!!

Son is pretty fond of airplanes and trains so you can imagine how excited he went to see them going all 'Wooooowwww....plaaaaannnneeeee!!!!!' at the airport and 'Traaaaaaaiiiinnn!!!' at the MRT stations!! Upon boarding at the gate mesti seated by the window so that he can view all the people working...It's good to know that he can be a stress reliever, semua they smiled and waved at him from down below hehehe and Alhamdulillah, he slept all the way through the flight. Mama and Babah were all smiles! ☺️

Went to all places we've planned back in Brunei like :
- Universal Studio
- S.E.A Aquarium
- Singapore Flyer
- The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
- Orchard Road (iON, Wisma Atria, Ngee Ann City etc) and we only depended on the MRT!! Bought a $20 worth of Singapore Tourist Pass for 3 days that provide us UNLIMITED travels all around the Lion City via MRT and its buses. Value for money right?!!

Managed to get some stuffs for Little I, got a few clothing items aaaaannnd my long awaited Geox Respira shoes!! Kalau diikutkan mcm kan buy sampai 3 pairs but I'm soooo in love with the one I bought...
Loooveeee the colour!!

Didn't manage to get any handbags this time, hehe ah well... the one ordered online is already something! Disappointed I was yes.. then again, banyak masih my bags yg belum worn off. So, I just let it pass this time around... kumpul2 $$$ dulu hehe

Hubs too got his targetted itemssss... Yes, banyak bh olehnya. True what some ppl say, when MEN shop, they reaaaaally shop!!! Then we went on satisfying our cravings at Krispy Kreme doughnuts.. daily dosage of the original glazed for breakfast at the hotel.... nyum!! Even Little.I is satisfied! *lol*

Speaking of hotel... got a tiny problem with my reservation. Thinking that we could save some $$$ I reserved our stay at the V Hotel Lavender.... my review??? Stayed there on the night of the arrival and checked out the next day!!! Yes! The room was so small... good for those who travel light i.e backpackers. Has a small gerai that sell halal meal tho but it's just not for a family. I can even tell that Little.I pun inda kesiukkan in the hotel. Didn't get a good night sleep and ended up making a reservation for the rest of our stay at Royal Plaza On Scotts... Stayed here once and has always remembered the ultimate comfort of the bed and spending my days walking back and forth from Orchard to the hotel *lol*

So why didn't I booked RP in the first place you all asked?? Pasal they don't have any offer back then and it's expensive! LUCKILY though on my last minute booking (directly from the hotel website) via my phone.. it has an offer which we can't refuse... almost 60% off the regular price (well, I may be exaggerating here.. but it was way cheaper that I surfed on before the trip!) Husband was satisfied with the comfort, Little.I was very happy with the space provided even for a mere superior room... everything about RP is just how we imagine it would be. Plus the MRT stations not that far off jua.... simply going from one spot to another via underpasses and making sure we went at the right exit! Alhamdulillah, since we've planned our journey sudah... we've managed! :) Kinda reminded me of the London tubes... and that Singapore Tourist Pass is a saviour! No need to buy MRT day tickets, it's one off and you can exit at any train stations!! Yes- ANY!!! Oh- except going to Sentosa ofcourse.. the sentosa express is a different train from Vivocity Mall which cost you just $4.00/person and it is a return tix. Would love to ride the cable car but since we were chasing the time... nda lah we jadi. Would be fun tho... maybe next time when all the kids are big enough to enjoy all the rides or probably, just us (Me & Hubs) hehe.... insya-Allah~

Until my next entry.... xoxo~

Another addiction.....

....السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

Daebaaaakkk!! My friends knew this weeks ago when I first followed the series, yes- now it's The Inheritors (as shown on Ch393) or for online streaming The Heirs, a story about high schools students who are heirs to their families' businesses, shareholders and high officials in S.Korea. The characters have their own relationships with one another, be it how they met or past histories even family arranged engagement! *sigh* All the problems are simply due to egoes, money and power..... Typical drama but hey, i love all the characters! They're all well played!! And ohhh-  Lawaaaaaa the school! (wish my high school had that sort of architecture.....) hehe anyhoots, I'm on Episode 16 (via streaming) and Episode 8 on tv. Why I watched both? To clearly understand the subtitles!! One says it's like this..the other says like that... So it's better to watch both to get clarifications rather than get myself all confused!! It's amazing how they all can play youngsters when their age are all in the mid 20s! Wish I have that youthful look..... Again, Korea... i will set my food to that country one day...insya-Allah~

Ok, enough on t.v series!!

It's a few more days til I go on-leave! Next week is the week both Husband and I have been anticipating  since September.... A holiday just the three of us! *yay* which is also part of Little I's birthday gift. The holiday fully packed with sightseeing and shopping in between! I am, however, has been found guilty for doing my shopping slightly early i.e online shopping and can't wait for its arrival!! Possibly due to arrive upon our return from the 'holiday' #grinsdenganiski Hotel booked! Ticket booked! Journey plan set! Little I's munching food bought! Passports valid! Budget Set! Shopping List...... Don't need any! *lol* I just can't wait! Lion City here we come!!!

I seem to have forgotten to post an entry on Little I's big day. I had it prepared but forgot to post it up...hence, it is still in 'draft' mode. Another year of home learning before we send him to 'school' Mixed feelings here...again! I wonder how it will be nanti....seriously, my friends and colleagues have been saying "Have a baby already!!!" insya-Allah... We're planning for Baby #2, a 2014 bubs, Hopeful to get pregnant soon, Allah please ease the journey for us and if it is difficult, please guide us through it... *Ameen*

Baby dust to me!!! Until next time... Xoxo

...decennial holiday destinations...

As some one who loves travelling, ofcourse I have a few dream destinations that insya-Allah I will fulfill when the time comes. Me and Hubs decided that this could be our decennial anniversaries vacay trips. *big grins* enough to save $$$ right?  Out of the 6, 3 would've come true next year had I've been given the opportunity to continue study abroad this year.

Yes, got the news wrt my LDP, mixed feelings at first but then when I think of it deeper, probably it's for the best and it's not the time - yet! I've been offered a scholarship to further my studies, yes... bUT I am ONLY to do it in Brunei. Alhamdulillah~ So now I am still waiting for the offer letter / email / call from our local institution.... Which would be a Research course instead of a taught one! *I'm a nervous wreck!* I'm not that good in doing researches to be honest.... Kita tengok ja nanti, mudahan dipermudahkan segalaNya

Allah has His plans for me and my family...

Running programme

I have been reading the past month on how to develop fitness through walking and running. Ketinggalan sikit... *i know* but amazed me jua at the same time that last Ramadhan I have managed to get myself back to my 'ideal' wt (finally) and am planning to maintain that with extra fitness.
Lama dah myself ni nda doing her daily walks .. last was before I got married *nyahahaha* that's 4 freakin' years ago!!!! Bagus kan....??! So now I've decided to upgrade my walks to run by following the 8-weeks running programme and will officially start next week 16.09.2013 and target is to achieve my 5km run in 30mins only by end of 8-weeks. Insya-Allah~ We'll see how it goes...
Made my 2nd purchase from ZALORA few days ago. basically it's a black modern kurung by HAtTA and am absolutely in l❤ve with it. And so the purchase..

Beautiful eyh?? Plan to wear it for HM's birthday day function....  😍😍😍 sekali sekala~ Being based in KB, we seldom get invitations for the day except for Ramah Mesra in Belait. THAT pun we don't have to wear black dress...  So once in a while, when Hubs didn't get to work during that day (normally he would) and have an invitation, I tag along. Will definitely post up an entry on that nanti... :) :)

I will continue my post next time... Xoxo

------- POST UPDATED!!!
I haven't got the chance to wear this last time... due to family commitment, I decided not to join dear Husband attending the day function. I didnt even wear it for Aidil Adha yesterday!! But Alhamdulillah, the size fits well and am so so so addicted to surfing and may be buying kurungs online! Life made simpler these days... Hehehe

Yes, that many with lots of expressions too!!! 😲😯😏😠😡😫😙😪😱 ever caught him recognising numbers too.. But then again, I may be imagining things *lol* if it is even true... That's a milestone indeed!!

He's not show any signs for potty training but just for the sake of getting him used to it, everytime before his shower, we'll let him first sit on his potty and likewise after... he likes it but doesn't know the purpose of the potty yet. *Sigh* I pray so much that it'll be by the age of 24 months! He's grown so much...and unexpectedly so well!! Alhamdulillah...thank you Allah for this wonderful being. Insya-Allah akan kami jaga dirinya agar dia menjadi seorang yang berpegang teguh dengan perintah dan ajaranMu.... He's definitely our I'jaz....

4 more months till his birthday... Mama has yet to organise something special this time around... Insya-Allah~

Until the next entry....

.... 19 months : favouritism

Alhamdulillah, Little.I is 19months today and boy has he grown so much!!

One thing I noticed in him is favouritism. yes, he prefers one parent to the other and sometime even our maid saja!!! First of all, I thought it was bad and thinking that we should've spend more time with him, i,e more leave from work!! *lol* well. We should tho... Kesian Little.I~ which is why I intend to do just that. Maybe just a one-on-one time between either one of us with Little.I.

Sometimes, out of wisdom I wished I could be Dr.Halina who has time between career and family. Then again, she's on maternity and breastfeeding leave at the moment so yes~ for sure ler more time spent with the fam.

Then I read through the Net and found this :

What it is: Your toddler loudly makes it known that she wants only Mommy (or is it Daddy?) to pour her milk, tuck her in, and make her boo-boos feel better.
Why a child favors one parent: Sometimes when you child favors you or your partner, this is your toddler’s way of showing you toddler independence. She wants to prove that she can make her own choices (in the same way she insists on Runaway Bunny every night or the green sippy every time she has something to drink). It may also be a matter of familiarity and comfort with her routine. She demands “Mommy do it!” (or “Daddy do!”) because that’s what she’s used to.
What you need to know when your child favors one parent: It’s hard not to feel rejected (and kind of dejected) when your child favors her dad (Mommy who?) — or to feel a bit guilty or smug if you’re the one being worshipped (Mommy rules!). But playing favorites is common with toddlers (for example, that toddler attachment to a lovey) and has nothing to do with one of you being the better parent or being loved more. In fact, pretty soon you may find that the tide has turned: Toddlers once fiercely glued to Mommy may be suddenly stuck on Daddy — or vice versa.
What to do when a child favors one parent: Like all other phases of toddler behavior(remember when she’d eat only grilled cheese?), this too will pass. In the meantime, these tips can help level the playing field when a child favors you over your partner (or the reverse):

Spread the wealth.  If you’re the chosen one, make sure you’re not hoarding all the fun parenting tasks. By putting your partner in charge of some things your toddler looks forward to (flipping pancakes on Saturday, going to the park, reading bedtime stories), you give your mate a shot at competing.
Bow out (temporarily).  It’ll be easier for your understudy to win over his little critic if you regularly let him take center stage. Run an errand, take a walk, or have lunch with a pal while your partner runs the show at home. Everyone wins — you get some me-time, your partner gets to shine. And given the opportunity, your tot may discover that Daddy’s singing-waiter routine more than makes up for his sorry sandwich-cutting skills.
Get busy. Even when you’re together, you can fade into the background by telling your mama’s girl, “Sweetie, I’m busy now. Daddy will help you.” Then step out of the spotlight — and resist the temptation to direct your partner’s every move from the sideline.
Show your love — even if she spurns it.  It stings when a child favors your partner over you. But if your toddler is resisting affection from you, whatever you do, don’t let your hurt feelings show and don’t withdraw. That’ll make your tot only cling more to Dad. Instead, stay positive and let your little one know that you’re still into her even if she’s just not that into you (at the moment).
Blaze a new trail. One-on-one time with each of you is always a good idea, but it’s especially important when a child favors one parent. If you’re the one being snubbed, start some new traditions that you and your tot can do together — going to the farmers market on Sunday mornings, collecting leaves during walks, counting the stars before bedtime.
...And we tried implementing it during our leave the past week.. Alhamdulillah, shows some progress lah..rather than none! Have yet to see the situation once we start working lagi nanti. Mudah-mudahan dipermudahkan insya-Allah~

Alhamdulillah, he is active though but then inda jua sampai hati kan tinggalkan ia at home. FYI dearest Hubs, my parents and Mum-in-law is overseas at the moment and will only be back next Wednesday. *sigh* Wished I could jojn them.. meliat all their pics sudah mcm 'Masya-Allah, i wish I am there too!' insya-Allah one day I will....rindu sudah after more than 15 years!!

..... 18 months

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

It comes to a realisation that it has been, yes, 1.5 years since Baby.I was born! He's grown so much that this entry will be endless if I were to update everything!!!

First and foremost, Alhamdulillah for blessing us with Little Mr.I. Who eats almost everything now except chocs, ice-creams and candies (because Mama A is very particular) He no longer eats raw steam veggies instead, he eats cooked ones *yay* Babah and Mama are very proud of you Little.I !!! He loves his mixed veggies, steam fish with tomato sauce, chicken soup and mince beef with garlic soy sauce and a few other fritters! Still prepare them slightly blended (except fritters) and kept frozen (better to make large portion for a week / two weeks' stock rather than having to cook them everyday!) ... Some things us working mothers do! *lol*

Secondly, Little I now has increased in vocab of words both Malay and English! Going from 'horse' 'car' 'trAin' 'mam' 'num' and many more. Prays that Little.I will be someone useful and truthful to Allah SWT one day.. *Ameen ya Rabb*

On another note, I'm still weighing out options on how to toilet train Little.I... Thought of training pants or shall I just simply go straight to let him wear those cute tiny underwears?? One mother once told me to wait until he can actually tell us that he's about to peepee or poopoo, another told me to train him with training pants.... Another Mom just simply said, let him wear underwears and feel uncomfy everytime he's done #1 & #2s. I have read through alot of articles on potty cum toilet train and some even given checklist on signs of readiness. Question is? Is Little.I ready? I've to trust my mother's intuition plang ni.. we'll see! It's another joyride *ahem* milestone for us to achieve by age 2. Another 6 months to go...~~~~~~~

Can't blieve it's almost June !?!? and I still have not heard pasal my LDP application, has it been approved? I am only waiting their (JPA/SPA) approval saja lagi... Nervous? Ho yes!! The suspense is unbearable!! Mudahan ja dapat lah.... Insya-Allah *pray for me* and as for my IELTS, I've manage score 6.5 Despite the difficulty faced for my writing exam. Alhamdulillah~ And the Uni I'm applying has given me the offer and CAS no. .... Tick, tock, tick, tock....

Happy Mother's Day....

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

Today is THE day we get to be reminded of how much our mother has contribute and sacrifice their entire life (after marriage that is) bringing us up and becoming who we are today. Alhamdulillah~ Syukur ke hadrat Allah SWT yang memanjangkan usia both my mom and mother-in-law to this day... Mudah-mudahan segala pengorbanan dan kasih sayang yang telah Mama curahkan kepada kami semua mendapat balasan yang setimpal (or more) dari Allah...

❤ Mama very much!

...an obsession

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

How is everyone? I hope all is well... And as for me, so far...coping up well with different sorts of hecticness. The more reason to love my husband even deeper each day...thank you Mr.A for being a supportive husband through my ups and downs. Syukur ya Allah for blessing me with a dearly beloved husband, companion and a shoulder to cry on.

A little update about myself, I've enrolled myself for the IELTS exam this coming May. Eh wait, I've talked about this before...ok, scratch the whole line. I am now OFFICIALLY a 'Running Man' follower, I've started watching them from episode 100+ and also repeat marathons from CH393! Me and Hubs are also hooked on this brand new Korean TV series, 'Cheongdam-Dong Alice' a story about a lower class girl finding her way up to be a Cheongdam girl with the guide of her friend's diary.... Can business and love co-exist? 16 episodes, and now we're on episode 9. *smiles* yes, yes ...You guys caught me. I was, oh heck.. I am STILL into Korean series!!!!! Yatahkan....watching all these Korean series leads me, more like lures me to a new obsession...... A SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II (PINK Ok?) or the S4 *hmmmm* I've been meaning to upgrade my phone to a new one since end of last year.... but have not made a decision,

Which is better???

Ofcourse the s4 is far better than the Note II but I like the size of Note II better than S4. And Note II is cheaper now....

H E L P !!!!

Sunday 3 March 2013

It's been 6 years...

First typed - 01.03.

Alhamdulillah for giving me the chance to celebrate my 6th year working.... Has it really been THAT long since I last graduated???!! No wonder my English is loosening its grip! *sigh*

Honestly, I can write English but not fluently speak them... How am I going to pass my IELTS?! Yes, I plan to take up my IELTS, just incase my LDP application requires them. The closing date is coming near... 31.03.2013 (for the LDP app that is~) but we won't be hearing any news until June, the earliest. Pray that it gets approved! *Amin*

Aside from that, I need to finish up my project report by end of August this year! A month has passed and I've not even made any notes w.r.t this.. M planning to get everything drafted by July. Hopefully, just hopefully.. Everything is done on time! I don't know how some mothers do it...? i.e taking care of their children, doing house chores, spending time with the family and study at the same time working?? So far my study-working grades are average..which is why I am opting for LDP instead. at least, I can only concentrate solely on my studies AND family. Insya-Allah~

........

Continued on 05.03.2013

....... Today is the day for my 3rd preg EDD. Al-Fatihah to you my dearest son.....

18.03.2013

And so Little Mr. I is 16 months old today~ Could've become a big brother sudah ni but Allah has His plans... :) At 16 months, Little Mr. I is no longer eating porridge just overly cooked rice with soups and vegetables. Mama is so proud of you for not being choosy when it comes to eating nutritious food *Alhamdulillah*

So many little vocabs has emerged and the most recent would be, 'na mo!' whilst shaking his head... Especially when it comes to us having to take our seat away from him. Little Mr. I will always insist on us sitting together with him even if it is just merely sitting and watching him play on his own. Separation anxiety?? I would believe so..

He knows our daily routine dah... Won't argue much if it is a working day but after office hours.... Time is specifically contributed and given attention to him. a MUsT! He's grown quite a character which we love so much... my dear, please grow to be someone who is intelligent, righteous and always in the path of Allah SWT. Our prayers will always be for all of us...

Old hobby...

Assalamualaikum all...

Just felt like blogging for the 2nd time today.... Both of my beloved guys have fallen asleep. Hubs was out the whole day and Baby.I, well HE obviously have not enuff sleep during the day. I'm alooooonnnneeeeeeee~!~!~!~!~

I know watching these two precious guys sleep is suppose to make ME sleep as well.. but, here I am sitting on our bed blogging about them *giggles* instead of reading my book. Yes, my old time favourite pastimes is back... I.e reading. I have so much read Malay novels just so that I can improve my Malay and now, after 6 years of leaving Uni... my English vocab is slowly diminishing! It was only last week that I came to realise my need to further improve my English. Especially in conversing! Too much 'bahasa rojak' used! And if I were to qualify in my LDP applications, I need to be as articulate as I can to get myself accepted.

I have not entirely lost it, but it needs to be polish from time to time. From my recent travel, a colleague of mine suggested Nicholas Sparks' books to me, and only today I got my hand on one... Yaaaay! Those of you who's not familiar with the name... this guy, he wrote 'A Walk To Remember' 'At First Sight' ..both made into films which I really, really lovvveeee~~

....

....

...

Ok, I think I should get started with my reading now~ hehehe tempted much! XP~

until next time yeah?

Happy 29th National Day

Assalamualaikum,

29 years ago, Brunei declared itself as an independent country. It was actually the 1st January 1984 but the official declaration was made on the 23rd February, 1984. (correct me if I'm wrong yeah?) From then onwards, our beloved country celebrated this day with colourful performances by participators all around Brunei be it students, Government officers, private sectors and the likes.

One thing I like about this year's National Day is the fact that it falls on a Saturday!! Which means.... Long weekend for me and the rest of the government agencies as well as students! Alhamdulillah~ We're spending the weekend at home saja... enjoying our quiet family time together...

Wishing all my dearest Brunei readers a Happy 29th National Day...Negaraku Brunei Darussalam

Garnier Light .... a review

Assalamualaikum,

Currently, I'm using Garnier Light... just tried the scrub, cleanser, lightening dew and cream and the BB cream (I recently purchased this after a month of using this product) Alhamdulillah... after two months of using them, I can see improvements to my skin. Firstly, no pimples (*yay*) and then I can see my freckles lightening. Silly me for not keeping the tone marker from the whitening cream box... And the most important thing..NO REACTIONsssss...!!!! *as smiles* Smells good too!

I wasn't really into it at first but to date.. belum th jua abis2nya since I first purchased the set..macam, wah~ value for money eh!! I like!!! So yes.... GARNIER LIGHT it is!

Cleanser:
I love how light it felt as it lathers on my skin. The fresh citrus scent is just breathtaking and the freshness + glow it made my skin, reaaaally made my day worth it!
Rate: ❤❤❤❤

Scrub:
Bought the scrub just so that I can scrub my face once a week. Verdict, I prefer my traditional scrub better. This light scrub is not far much different from its cleanser. So, it all the depends on you...in fact, I ended up using the Garnier Light Scrub as my daily cleanser just because my face felt so much cleaner by the tiny scrub beads reardless of it not satisfying me with the scrub effect.
Rate : ❤❤❤❤ ( as cleanser), ❤❤ (as scrub)

Milky Lightening Dew:
It's a toner cum moisturiser for me. Keeps my skin hydrated and soft the whole day... I loike!
Rate : ❤❤❤❤

Lightening Day Cream:
Oil-free skin the whole day... *smiles*
Rate : ❤❤❤❤

BB Cream :
Officially in love with this... With SPF26 I am even more confident standing under the sun! Loving the effect it does to my skin and the idea of not having to use a powder on my face is just incredible!

And so, I have decided to use this product for my skincare. Positive impact on my skin, no peeling (unless you use the peeling cream which I simply avoided) annnd it is value for money! :) Alhamdulillah~ skincare done! Should I decided to use more of this range... i'll surely update this entry...until then, xoxo

short and simple...

Assalamualaikum,

Sorry for the lack of updates. The last two weeks were hectic... meetings, deadlines, courses, family function and a wedding! Congratulations to my niece for her engagement. My friend / colleague for her wedding (bet she's enjoying her honeymoon at the moment~) and the many thanks my study/course group for making this week fun!

I wouldn't talk much this time around... except that despite everything, I am thankful for all the hecticness going on... Alhamdulillah~

Until next time, xoxo~

Good Friday

Now I remember I promised to post an entry wrt our travels last November (yes, yes waaaaaaaay overdue!) Certain things kept me under the sheets the past few months. Maybe I'm just thinking twice abt it... or maybe I'm just layzee.. Haha! Ok..~ But just decided not to share it... I will, however post a few pics abt the trip but that's just it, alright?

read the safety leaflet!

breathtaking view early morning @ Johor

JPO !! Where hubs managed to bargain a lot! *smiles*

Jalan TAR - Masjid India and all the way to SOGO (it was packed!)

KLCC... obvious?
Banyak sessi mengisi perut throughout the trip actually... sampai I got myself food poisoned! *lol* A trip worth remembering! Nuff said!

Anyways, Alhamdulillah, today was a good day. (I remember back in the days when I use to say 'Friday is my lazy day') Haha that's a byebye since Baby.I was born. Spent my time with my little family. Packing all Baby.I's baby clothes into vacuum bags! Oh yes.. I am so addicted to vacuum bags! Stuffed according to age (mths).. and as of now,  I have manage to empty out drawers of Baby.I's clothings to make way for some new ones! (Can hear hubs saying.. banyak jua bajunya ani.. ani baru anak seorang *lol*)  Did a few reorganising to our little crib as well (furniture and hanging some frames on the wall) Comment from dear husband... it's cosier now~ *we're all smiles* More space for Baby.I to play and happy parents watching tv while monitoring their baby play! :D

Speaking of TV, today too is the FINAL of MAHARAJA LAWAK MEGA. WHo will win??? It's a tough choice between Jozan, Saywho and Jambu *we'll just have to wait and see later~*

Until then... xoxo

So long 2012 ... Welcome 2013!

Assalamualaikum all...
This post is late by a week!!! I know, I know~~ It's just hard to click the PUBLISH button these days.. Especially when you have a toddler on the loose! Hahaha! My Baby.I is now an independent toddler BUT, i must tell you this... HE will not let either me or hubs sit still.

There are times when we just had to disappoint him. Kesian tho.. but parents gotta do what parents had to do!

Anyhoots, last weekend was Baby.I's first time attending a wedding function. It was Hubs 1st cousin's so we didn't really hangout outside that much. Baby.I was alright.... but ONLY when the function's done! He was behaving *Alhamdulillah* but became very attached to us. *teehee* This, somehow made my day... some parents would just go 'ngalih eh cemani ani...' but for me it was more like 'awwwww.. he wants me!' Hence now I know that he's limits towards communicating with 'strangers' . Inda dapat sesuka hati... *phew* Mama loves you dear I. You really made me smile *senyumyangamatlebar* Target 2012 ACHIEVED!!

So what do I want this 2013??
  • Be a better me (wife, mom, daughter & career)
  • Cut down on chocs! (been addicted to it since my recent pregnancy)
  • Eat healthy (heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and early dinner)
  • Perform better at work
  • Attain my LDP scholarship (I sure hope I could get it this time around)
  • Save more $$$
  • Travelling with the family (a must!)
  • Toilet train Baby.I (insya-Allah~)
Boring kah? Well, I do have my wishlist for handbags and shoes... like I said in the previous post... someday insya-Allah~  But I can tell you one thing, I really fell in love with a LOUBOUTIN. Not a priority but really, who can resist a red soled heels right?? It has been a while since I last worn one! (heels, that is) And a Louboutin is it! Had always wanted one of these since my Uni years.. *devilishgrin* and now after watching the tv series 'Covert Affairs' *sigh* Think I should hint the Hub for this one! *Ahem*ahem*

Ok, lost my composure tdi sikit... *breatheinbreatheout* There you go... a wish (which may, or may not come true) for 2013. Until next entry.... xoxo~
